Bryan was born and raised in Indianapolis, moving his family to Ocala in 1984. He is happily married to his wife, Julie, of 42 years, and is a father of three sons. Bryan also thoroughly enjoys bonding with his 11 grandchildren. He is a long-time NASCAR fan and enjoys nature and photography.

For over 21 years, Bryan has created stunning custom houses in Marion, Citrus, Lake, and Levy Counties. He has been designing for a well-known custom builder in Ocala for the past 17 years.

With attention to detail and knowing the importance of understanding what a client wants in their beautiful custom home, Bryan has the experience and eye for making homeowners happy to build their own, one-of-a-kind custom design.

Before moving to Ocala with her family in 1984, Julie was born and raised in Indianapolis. She continued her career in banking and dentistry while raising her three sons with her husband of 42 years. Like Bryan, she enjoys bonding with their 11 grandchildren. Julie loves nature, horses, and photography.

Julie obtained her real estate license in 2006 while working for a major custom builder in Ocala, with a goal to assist clients in buying or building their dream homes. She has helped clients with all of the home details to ensure they get exactly what they want while staying within their budgets.

Julie is a REALTOR® with Bearing Point Real Estate Group, where she can list your home or help you purchase a resale. She specializes in assisting clients in finding land, a builder, and a lender to build their beautiful homes. You can rely on Julie to construct your new custom home—where you may live your dream from beginning to end.

Lee is the President of Engineering Services Group (ESG). He is a professional engineer registered in the states of Florida and North Carolina and is a special inspector (threshold inspector).

ESG was formed in 1992 to provide superior engineering design and inspection services to the building construction industry. Over its more than 20-year history, ESG has proven successful in its mission. ESG has been the lead design and engineering team on many projects, successfully accomplishing all phases and types of design and analysis work.
